The products
45 products, built the way I’d rebuild yours.
These went through the same gates the recovery service runs. They are here as evidence rather than as a catalogue: every one says honestly where it is, and 14 of them you can install or visit today.
Eight problems worth solving
01Machine health
Your Mac is being strangled by its own tooling.
Nobody decided to fill the disk with build artifacts and simulator runtimes; it just happens, one repo at a time, until the machine is hot and slow and nothing will say why. These five put the machine back under your control, and none of them delete anything they can't account for.
- dAIolog/node_modules8.4 GBno process, 41 days coldreap
- Xcode/DerivedData12.1 GB3 projects since deletedreap
- margin/node_modules1.9 GBdev server live, pid 8814refuse
- CoreSimulator/Devices28.6 GBiOS 26.0 bootedrefuse
Two of these are provably dead. The other two are load-bearing, so it leaves them.
OrderlyIn build
Knows which repo every node_modules belongs to, reaps only what is provably dead, and refuses by default.
macOS · CLI · TUI · MCP
OffloadIn build
Moves node_modules, DerivedData and simulator runtimes onto an external SSD, and survives you unplugging it mid-write.
macOS
ZephyrIn build
Learns your Mac's own fan curve, then runs the fans slightly ahead of it. Cooler machine, less throttling, always failing closed to the OS.
macOS
RoostIn build
Watches the heavy processes, asks an AI you already pay for whether each one is a real problem, then closes it or checks with you first.
macOS
ScrimIn build
Mounts Google Drive into Finder the way Apple intended: dataless files, real progress, offline pinning.
macOS
All 45, in one list.
If you already know what you are after, here it is without the story.
BellaShipped
An Australian beauty-review community, built from the iOS client down to the product-catalogue crawler and the operator console.
iOS · Web · API
DiologShipped
Investor relations for ASX-listed companies: generated announcements, decks and portals, with the analytics underneath. Co-founded, and my day job.
Web · iOS · Android
DossierShipped
Deep research across several backends, on your keys and your budget, with every report published to its own URL.
macOS · iOS · Web · MCP · npm
Export ServiceShipped
Turns a brief into a docx, pptx, xlsx, pdf or mp4 by writing a generation script per request and running it in a sandbox.
API
Google SearchShipped
A real Google search for your agent, returning resolved source URLs rather than the redirect stubs the API hands back.
MCP · npm
Investor PortalShipped
One codebase serving a branded investor site per listed company, resolved by hostname from a record rather than a new repo. Six paying tenants live.
Web
InvestorLinkShipped
A forty-year-old corporate advisory firm taken off WordPress and onto something that looks like the work they actually do.
Web
LifelineShipped
Heals the silent agent deaths in long workflow runs, without ever touching a signed vendor binary.
CLI
MCP RouterShipped
One endpoint for every MCP server you run. It spawns a server the first time a tool on it is called and reaps it when idle.
macOS · iOS · npm
Media Gen ProShipped
Image, video and SVG generation across eight models, returning file paths on disk instead of flooding your context with base64.
MCP · npm
Sift for MailShipped
Millisecond search over years of Apple Mail, bodies and attachment text included, with nothing leaving the machine.
macOS · MCP · npm
TypewrightShipped
A GFM and MDX engine built from scratch, with no framework on the keystroke path. An edit re-parses one block, never the document.
Web · macOS · iOS · npm
WardenShipped
One authorised, scope-limited grant per agent session instead of a Touch ID prompt per key read, with a record of what asked and why.
macOS · MCP
YT TranscriptShipped
Searches YouTube and returns transcripts. Free captions first with a quality check, paid transcription only as a fallback.
MCP · npm
BenchwarmerIn build
Scores the leading coding models on real production work under your own subscriptions, and reports what each run cost and how long it took.
macOS
CairncopyIn build
A Windows backup that names what it cannot recover before you trust it with anything, rather than after you need it.
Windows
Docker GuardIn build
A Docker MCP server that does not leak orphaned processes, plus a wrapper giving the same protection to any stdio MCP server.
MCP · CLI
EgressIn build
Gives every CI job a disposable microVM behind a kernel packet filter that drops RFC1918, IMDS and IPv6 ULA.
macOS · Windows
ErrandIn build
Turns the idle PC in the other room into GPU compute your Mac drives. The Mac keeps every secret; the node keeps nothing.
macOS · Windows · Linux
GraftIn build
Turns a web mockup into a native SwiftUI app, then measures the result rather than asserting that it worked.
macOS · iPadOS · iOS
GridMDIn build
Markdown for spreadsheets. Full XLSX fidelity in line-oriented plain text you can diff and a model can author.
Open format
HopperIn build
Share a tweet, a video or a repo from any share sheet and it comes back as a real feature brief in the right project.
Web · iOS · Extension
LatticeIn build
An XLSX-grade grid, formula engine and chart renderer. Real workbooks go in and come back out with nothing silently dropped.
Web · macOS · iOS
LecternIn build
A brief and your documents go in; an on-brand deck streams onto a canvas that is a full manual editor underneath.
Web
LedgerIn build
Withholds the tax at the door on contractor income, then shows what is genuinely safe to spend. No badges, no streaks, no nagging.
macOS · iOS · iPadOS · watchOS
LoupeIn build
Say what you are doing and which subscriptions you hold; get back a ranked shortlist with the evidence behind every pick.
Web
MarginIn build
Your team docs, except people can talk to them. Eve rewrites the sections from the feedback and commits the change to git.
Web · macOS · iOS · iPadOS
NamecheapIn build
One safe tool surface for domains and DNS across three registrars, routing each domain to whoever holds it and gating anything that spends money.
MCP
OffloadIn build
Moves node_modules, DerivedData and simulator runtimes onto an external SSD, and survives you unplugging it mid-write.
macOS
OrderlyIn build
Knows which repo every node_modules belongs to, reaps only what is provably dead, and refuses by default.
macOS · CLI · TUI · MCP
ProctorIn build
Lets any MCP-speaking model drive a real Mac app and assert against what it finds, with every reading carrying how it was obtained.
macOS · iOS · MCP
ProofhouseIn build
Mines your own merged pull requests into a private benchmark, then commits a policy saying which model and effort to use on this codebase.
Web · macOS
RelayIn build
Routes every session through the right model account, switches before a limit lands, and fails over to another family when they are all spent.
macOS · iOS
RepeatsIn build
A sourced, dose-aware read on what you take, with an evidence tier on every claim. It never tells you to stop anything; it gives you questions for your prescriber.
iOS · API
RockyIn build
A conversation with Rocky from Project Hail Mary, in a real constructed language rendered as Web Audio chord-speech.
Web
RoostIn build
Watches the heavy processes, asks an AI you already pay for whether each one is a real problem, then closes it or checks with you first.
macOS
ScrimIn build

macOS
SidetoneIn build
Headphones remove the cues you use to judge your own volume. This plays a quiet tone in your own ears once you have been loud for a while.

Two Macs on one live terminal session, with a clean handover when you move machines. Ghostty underneath, Metal on top.
macOS · iPadOS · Web
ZephyrIn build
Learns your Mac's own fan curve, then runs the fans slightly ahead of it. Cooler machine, less throttling, always failing closed to the OS.
macOS
BullettimeEarly
Measures the packets that arrived too late to be any use, which is the one thing a speed test cannot see.
macOS · Windows · iOS · Web
KiteEarly
Streams games off your PC to whatever screen you are near. No port forwarding, no VPN, no configuration at all.
macOS · iOS · iPadOS · visionOS · Android
PierEarly
