These are the things I’d otherwise have to email you and ask, which costs us both a day. Answer what you know and leave the rest. It opens your own mail client, so nothing is stored here and you can read the whole message before it sends.

What happens next

Same day. A reply saying whether this is a fit, and which rung it should start on. If it is not a fit I will say so and point you somewhere better.
Within the week. If we go ahead, the reckoning comes back as a document you can read in one sitting.
After that. A fixed quote for the rebuild, derived from what the ledger actually found. You can stop there and keep the ledger.
